GVLL Families,
We trust that each of our League's families have fared as well as could be expected throughout the pandemic as we look forward to our Spring Season with a renewed sense of community and optimism.
Please note the following critical procedures to ensure the continued safety of our children and families as our top priority. As we begin our Spring 2021 season, GVLL will continued to follow mitigation protocols as per last season's amended play. We could not have undertaken the 2020 season as successfully as were able to without the cooperation and understanding exhibited by all our League's families & volunteers! Thank you!
We ask that you continue to limit the number of spectators that attend the games. Guidelines remain that we not permit more than 250 people in large public gatherings. At times we may have games being played on all four fields that will push our attendance numbers near capacity. Family units should be seated together. Please do not sit close or mix in with other family units. We fully understand that this is a great social outlet and ask all spectators to bring a mask and wear it when in a situation that you are not at least 6 feet apart from non-family unit members.
We fully anticipate updated guidance from all our governing entities including the Chester County Department of Health, PA State Health Department, PA Little League, GVSD & WCASD. Until we receive updated guidance GVLL will observe the PIAA Spring 2021 Guidance for Baseball. Please familiarize your family and player with this guidance.
As previously indicated, GVLL will maintain a Covid19 Point of Contact for the upcoming 2021 Spring Season. Please direct any questions or concerns you may have as a parent or family member of an enrolled GVLL Player to our Covid19 POC address below. This email addressed with be monitored by our Covid19 POC and your questions/concerns will be fully confidential. Our Covid19 PoC will be an autonomous resource to ensure all GVLL Officials, Coaches, Volunteers and Families are following the Little League Best Practices.
